Company Description

Here at Gousto, we are on a mission to become the UK's most loved way to eat dinner, and for every meal to leave the planet better off. Gousto is changing how people shop, cook and eat food at home. It’s an incredibly exciting time to join our team - and we’re a friendly bunch!

We’re proud to be one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK. Powered by data and a love of food, we’re a recipe box company that’s disrupting the sector, and we’re passionate about our diverse team and our customers.

All of our people are responsible for the success of Gousto, and we’re passionate about creating an inclusive environment for all to thrive. Our guiding values - Dream, Deliver and Care - show our commitment to innovation, our ambition to hit goals at speed, and our deep respect for the people we work with.

Job Description

At Gousto, Delivery plays a leadership role at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping turn intent into outcomes.

Group Technical Delivery Managers lead the charge across our most complex strategic initiatives. They are accountable for driving delivery towards outcomes and for raising the effectiveness of the tribes they work with.

We're rebuilding Delivery as an AI-native function, and this role is expected to champion that shift across the tribes — embedding AI-native ways of working into how the tribe plans, tracks and governs delivery. You're expected to get hands-on yourself — not just setting direction from the sidelines.

Core Responsibilities

  • Champion AI-native tools and workflows to optimize delivery efficiency, planning, and problem-solving across teams
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of major strategic goals spanning multiple teams and functions
  • Lead key technical workstreams and integration initiatives across cross-functional domains
  • Translate strategic intent into clear, outcome-driven delivery plans
  • Define milestones, dependencies, risks, and decision points across the full delivery lifecycle
  • Run programme governance that focuses on driving decisions rather than passive reporting
  • Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to senior leadership early and clearly
  • Coordinate delivery across both technical and non-technical functions, including Digital Product, Data, Marketing, Operations, and Commercial
  • Facilitate quarterly planning processes to ensure priorities, scope, and capacity are explicit, realistic, and aligned to business strategy
  • Identify underperforming delivery systems early and intervene to raise delivery standards, routines, and ways of working

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
