Group Technology Procurement Coordinator

Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

Join a Growing Global IT Team

Are you highly organised, analytical, and looking for an opportunity to develop your career within a growing global technology function? We're looking for a Group Technology Procurement Coordinator to join our Group IT team and support a range of procurement, licensing, contract management, and sustainability initiatives across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative team where your ideas are valued, your development is encouraged, and you'll gain exposure to global technology procurement activities. Working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and colleagues across multiple regions, you'll play an important role in helping us optimise costs, improve processes, and drive value from our technology investments.

What You'll Be Doing

As Group Technology Procurement Coordinator, you'll provide operational and administrative support to ensure the efficient delivery of technology procurement objectives, helping to drive contract consolidation, supplier rationalisation, cost reduction, licence optimisation, and sustainability initiatives across the Group.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering spend, licensing, usage, and contract data to support cost-saving and contract consolidation initiatives.
  • Identifying unused software licences and opportunities to improve licence utilisation and reduce costs.
  • Supporting software licence migration projects, including user support and supplier liaison.
  • Assisting with software renewals by collecting requirements, obtaining pricing, and coordinating stakeholder approvals.
  • Raising and tracking purchase orders and supporting procurement administration activities.
  • Supporting the implementation and ongoing use of procurement processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assisting with software licence cost recharging activities and collaborating with Finance teams.
  • Contributing to sustainability initiatives through the collection and reporting of carbon emissions data.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve procurement processes and enhance operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in people who are eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute to a growing team. You may already have experience in procurement administration, contract management, software licensing, or technology support and be looking for your next challenge.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
