At Acturis Group, we're building the next phase of growth.

Over the last two decades, Acturis has grown from an entrepreneurial start-up into a group of successful businesses serving the global insurance market. As the Group continues to evolve, we're investing in the people, capabilities and operating model needed to support long-term growth, drive operational excellence and help our businesses work more effectively together.

This is an exciting time to join. We're establishing a new Group Transformation & Operations function that will help translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes, improve how we operate across the Group, and deliver change that creates lasting value.

You'll work closely with senior leaders across the Acturis Group, tackling complex challenges, shaping the future operating model and helping build the foundations of a Group capability that will play a critical role in the organisation's continued success. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and have a visible impact on the future direction of the business.

Day to day you will:

  • Lead complex transformation initiatives across the Acturis Group, partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple business units and functions to solve organisational challenges, improve operating models, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Turn strategic priorities into practical execution plans, working with leaders across the Group to define roadmaps, coordinate dependencies, align resources, and drive delivery against agreed objectives.
  • Influence and embed change across the organisation, bringing together senior stakeholders from different areas of the business to implement new ways of working, improve collaboration, and ensure lasting adoption of change.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
