Group Treasurer
Location: London / Hybrid
Sector: Financial Services (Fintech)
Salary: 150,000 - 170,000 (Flexible depending on Experience) + 20% bonus + equity + benefits
The Opportunity
A well known financial services business is looking for an experienced Group Treasurer to lead its Treasury function and help shape its future strategy.
This is a senior, commercially focused role combining strategic leadership with hands-on Treasury management. You will work closely with senior leadership, influence wider business strategy and oversee the effective management of liquidity, risk, governance and banking relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the overall Treasury strategy.
- Oversee liquidity, cash and counterparty management.
- Maintain strong Treasury governance, controls, policies and risk frameworks including ICAAP and ILAAP.
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial and financial outcomes.
- Drive greater use of technology and automation across Treasury.
- Manage relationships with banking and financial partners.
- Oversee relevant regulatory and Treasury reporting.
- Provide Treasury expertise on strategic projects, including funding and corporate development.
- Lead, develop and mentor a high-performing Treasury team.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Product and Operations.

About You
We're looking for an experienced Treasury professional who is equally comfortable with strategic thinking and operational delivery.
You will ideally have:
- A relevant professional qualification such as ACT, ACA, CA or CFA.
- Significant Treasury, liquidity or cash management experience.
- Experience working within a regulated financial services environment.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Experience managing banking or external financial relationships.
- Experience leading and developing a team.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A hands-on, collaborative approach and strong attention to detail.
