I am delighted to be partnering with a large international infrastructure organisation seeking an experienced Group Treasurer to lead its global treasury function during a period of significant investment and growth.

This is a strategically important leadership role, reporting into the CFO and acting as a trusted adviser to senior executives and the Board. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping treasury strategy, ensuring robust funding and liquidity management, overseeing financial risk, and supporting long-term business growth across multiple international markets.

You will balance strategic leadership with operational excellence, ensuring the business has the financial flexibility and risk management framework needed to achieve its objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering the group’s treasury strategy in alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Managing liquidity, cash flow forecasting and working capital across the organisation.
  • Leading funding activities, including bank financing, debt capital markets and lender engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
