The Position
The Treasury Analyst will primarily support cash flow forecasting and the issuance of bank guarantees working with Group Treasurer and regional business units. The role will also assist the wider team with daily cash management, FX and MMF trades, online banking administration, and the opening and closure of bank accounts and related documentation.

Organisational Context
This role will report to the Group Treasurer and will be part of Group Treasury function, which provides services across the RES Group globally.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinating update of Group’s cash flow forecasting model and liaison with regional Business Units
- Assistance in issuance of bank guarantees including liaison with internal stakeholders and relationship banks
- Supporting the wider team with daily cash management tasks and periodic cash balance reporting
- Support the wider team in executing FX and MMF trades
- Supporting with System administrator duties for banking platforms and updating user access and bank mandate lists and liaison with relationship banks
- Assistance with ad-hoc treasury operational activities
Knowledge
Essential
- Ability to understand and analyse financial statements
- Awareness of the commercial impact of decisions made
Desirable
- Experience with ERP systems and Treasury management systems
Skills
- Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and quality conscious
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Solid Excel skills (and comfortable with all MS Office applications)
- Hard working – a sense of urgency, but calm under pressure
- Team player
- Result driven

Experience
Essential
- Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and follow processes diligently
- (Graduates are welcome to apply)
Desirable
- 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Treasury or Financial Planning.
Qualifications
Essential
- University degree in Finance or Economics or other relevant qualification
Desirable
- Financial analysis qualification eg CFA
