About You
Reporting to the Group Treasury Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the Group's liquidity management activities, cash forecasting, banking relationships and Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation. You'll work closely with Finance, Credit Control and operational teams across the business, helping to improve cash collection, optimise working capital and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain short and medium-term cash flow forecasts across the Group.
- Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity is maintained.
- Analyse forecast variances and identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Support cash collection initiatives and work with business stakeholders to improve working capital performance.
- Monitor cash pool balances and identify funding or intercompany financing requirements.
- Assist with the implementation, testing and optimisation of the Group Treasury Management System.
- Support the management of banking relationships, including account maintenance, mandates and KYC requirements.
- Develop treasury reporting, dashboards and management information for senior stakeholders.
- Assist with treasury operations, controls, audits and compliance activities.
- Contribute to treasury transformation projects and process automation initiatives.

Essential
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years' experience within Treasury, Cash Management or Finance.
