Group Treasury Manager - Permanent Opportunity - 5 days per week on-site
An exciting opportunity to join a high-growth, future-focused manufacturing business operating at the forefront of an innovative and rapidly evolving sector.
This is a standalone treasury role in a start-up environment, offering the chance to take ownership of the treasury function whilst working closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, scaling environment. The position offers a broad remit spanning core treasury operations, alongside some exposure to investor relations, fundraising and debt activities. There also may be some travel to the US.
Key responsibilities:
- Ownership of treasury operations across cash management, liquidity, payments and banking
- Management of domestic and international banking relationships with particular emphasis on the US
- Supporting FX risk management and hedging activities
- Developing treasury policies, controls and governance frameworks
- Enhancing treasury systems, processes and reporting capabilities
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business
- Opportunity to support with fundraising activities and debt management initiatives
- Exposure to investor relations and supporting engagement with investors and lenders
- Supporting the continued scaling and evolution of the treasury function

Requirements:
- Proven treasury experience across operations, cash management and banking
- Experience managing treasury activities for US entities and a strong understanding of US treasury operations is essential
- Manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong understanding of FX and hedging activities
- Confident operating in a standalone treasury environment, with the ability to establish, enhance and take ownership of treasury processes, controls and ways of working
- A highly hands-on approach, comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day treasury operations
- Ability to thrive in a growing, changing environment
- Proactive, continuous improvement mindset
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Location & Package:
- Central London
- 5 days per week in the office, with potential flexibility to 4 days
- Competitive salary plus equity participation
- Available at one month's notice - please note that three months' is likely too long to be considered
