As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Group Treasury Manager to join our Group Finance team.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will take ownership of treasury operations across the Group, managing liquidity, cash flow, external debt facilities and treasury-related financial reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a complex, international organisation and help shape treasury processes that support future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Group cash flow, liquidity and funding requirements.
- Oversee intercompany funding and treasury transactions across multiple entities.
- Monitor compliance with banking covenants and external financing arrangements.
- Produce treasury-related cash forecasting, reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders.
- Manage treasury accounting and financial reporting for treasury entities.
- Lead the preparation of statutory accounts and support year-end audit processes.
- Prepare treasury disclosures for consolidated Group reporting under IFRS.
- Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls and reporting.

About You
You'll be a qualified treasury or finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant experience operating within a large, international organisation. You'll combine strong technical expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
We are looking for:
- A recognised treasury or accounting qualification.
- 5+ years' post-qualified experience in treasury, group reporting or a related finance function.
- Experience managing debt facilities, liquidity and intercompany funding structures.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP financial reporting.
- Previous experience preparing statutory accounts and working with external auditors.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, resilient mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
