Group Sales Executive
Location: Dunstable (LU5 5XE), hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home/another location
Function: Sales & Distribution
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 dependant on skills and experiences + up to 10% bonus + health + up to 10% matched pension + bens + 25 days holiday

At Premier Inn, we're on an exciting journey to become the world's most loved hotel brand. As a Group Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in helping businesses, leisure groups and travel partners secure the perfect accommodation solution across our extensive UK network.
This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries via phone and email, producing tailored quotations, securing bookings and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience. You'll need to be commercially minded, highly organised and always ready to go the extra mile to deliver outstanding service.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and isn't afraid to ask the right questions to fully understand their needs. You'll be comfortable handling multiple systems simultaneously, balancing customer conversations with administration tasks, and working to challenging service levels and targets in a dynamic sales environment.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a customer service, reservations, contact centre or telephone-based role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A naturally curious mindset with strong questioning and listening skills
- Proven ability to solve problems and make sound decisions
- Confidence working across multiple systems and applications at the same time
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
