As a Groups & Events Executive, you will play an important role in bringing these experiences to life. Combining your passion for hospitality, sales, and relationship building, you will work with guests and clients to curate unforgettable events while driving business opportunities across the hotel.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, commercially minded, and enthusiastic about luxury hospitality. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, showcase our award-winning facilities, and contribute to creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for luxury hospitality and outstanding customer service.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • A minimum of three years' experience in events, group sales, hospitality sales, or a similar role.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive and commercially focused approach with a passion for driving revenue.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience using Opera PMS and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A positive, energetic, and guest-focused attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Knowledge of the London luxury five-star hotel market.
  • Previous experience within a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong customer care and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • A high standard of personal presentation and professionalism.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Events Management, or a related field would be advantageous.
