Growth Account Manager

Salary: £35k Base + Share Options + Annual Bonus

Instamo is building the integration layer for mortgage applications.

Our technology helps mortgage brokers and lenders remove manual administration from the mortgage journey. Following the launch of FastSubmit and now FastAdmin, we're expanding our platform beyond mortgage submission to help firms manage more of the journey from application through to offer and completion.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining account management, customer success, and growth.

The Role

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Help customers successfully adopt and get value from Instamo
  • Visit customers across the UK to understand their businesses and identify opportunities for growth
  • Spot opportunities to increase adoption and introduce additional Instamo products
  • Gather customer feedback and work closely with our product and technology teams
  • Identify and resolve issues before they become problems
  • Monitor account health, engagement, and growth opportunities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
