Own the growth engine of a scaling consumer brand — the ads, the AI systems, and a D2C ecommerce channel about to go live.

We do water filtration properly: premium whole-house systems for homes across the UK and soon Europe. Today we sell through a consultative direct process; we're now launching a full D2C ecommerce channel alongside it. I'm hiring the person to own growth across both.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Paid acquisition end to end — Meta and Google: strategy, creative testing, budgets and the numbers. Cost per lead is your north star
  • The D2C launch — our new ecommerce site is coming out now: conversion, funnel, and the campaigns that drive it
  • Creative that converts — hooks, ad concepts, video briefs, landing pages
  • AI systems — build automations that strip out manual work across marketing and ops (we already run Claude, GoHighLevel and WhatsApp automation; you'll take it much further)
  • Feeding the direct sales channel — the consultative side runs on the leads you generate; you keep quality high and cost per lead low

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

WHAT I'M AFTER

  • You've run paid campaigns and can show what happened — agency, in-house or your own projects
  • AI-native — you build with Claude/GPT and automation tools, not just talk about them
  • A creative eye and an analytical head in the same person
  • Hungry, scrappy, fast. I care about brains, taste and graft, not a polished CV — if you're early in your career with real horsepower, apply
