We are expanding from a scheduling product into a broader productivity and coordination platform, creating meaningful opportunities to accelerate Product Led Growth through data, experimentation, and operational excellence.
You are more than an analyst. You are an Analytics Engineer who builds trusted data foundations, uncovers business opportunities, and enables smarter decisions across Growth, Product, Revenue, and Operations. Your work will help Doodle understand what drives customer behaviour and where we should invest next.
What You Will Do
As a Growth Analytics Engineer, you will build the data products, reporting, and analytical capabilities that power Doodle's Growth organisation.
Growth Analytics
- Own analytics across Doodle's self serve Product Led Growth business and Enterprise Revenue organisation.
- Build a clear understanding of acquisition, activation, monetization, retention, expansion, and customer behaviour.
- Connect product usage, customer engagement, and commercial performance into a single growth story.
Business Intelligence & Metrics
- Define, build, and maintain the KPIs that drive business performance.
- Design scalable dashboards and self service reporting that enable faster decision making.
- Partner with leaders across Revenue, Product, Finance, and Operations to establish trusted business metrics.
Data Products
- Build reusable datasets, reporting models, and analytics products that eliminate manual reporting.
- Improve the accessibility, consistency, and reliability of business data.
- Partner with Engineering to improve instrumentation, event tracking, and data quality.

Business Insights
- Conduct deep dive analyses across customer cohorts, lifecycle behaviour, expansion opportunities, churn drivers, pricing, and segmentation.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
- Identify opportunities that improve Growth, Product, and commercial performance.
Experimentation & AI
- Support Growth experiments through measurement, analysis, and reporting.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of AI initiatives and automation across the business.
- Help define experimentation metrics and ensure data quality across Growth initiatives.
Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an Analytics Engineer who combines strong technical skills with commercial curiosity and business judgment.
Analytics Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Growth Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar roles within SaaS businesses.
- Strong experience supporting Product Led Growth, subscription businesses, or Revenue organisations.
Technical Expertise
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Experience with Python or R for analysis and modelling.
- Experience working with dbt, Redshift, GA4, HubSpot, Looker, Tableau, or similar modern data tools.
- Understanding of data modelling, event instrumentation, and analytics engineering best practices.
Business & Product Analytics
- Strong understanding of activation, retention, customer cohorts, monetization, subscription metrics, and funnel analysis.
- Experience designing KPI frameworks and translating business questions into structured analytical approaches.
- Familiarity with experimentation analysis and statistical methods.

Communication & Collaboration
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Revenue, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
