About the Role
The role: Growth Analytics Lead (reports to Head of Data)
Growth analytics at Hearts & Science plays a vital role in ensuring that our clients realise the full potential of their marketing investment for maximum growth.
This role is to lead this function, with significant client and project management responsibilities as well as commercial oversight of financial targets and annual forecasting.
The successful candidate will be passionate about business consultancy and marketing analytics and have experience leading consultative teams on projects that deliver clear, impactful insights in a way that influence clients’ investment decisions.

Responsibilities
- Leading senior client relationships, working consultatively with clients to help them understand and make the most of their measurement to understand the impact of their investments
- Regularly using experience of implementing measurement frameworks, MMM, experimentation and brand equity modelling in client engagements
- Managing specific effectiveness/analytics projects, navigating multiple stakeholders to deliver work that exceeds expectations
- Identifying opportunities to upsell OM & Hearts effectiveness & analytics solutions and using commercial acumen and negotiation skills to sell these into clients to meet a financial target
- Developing the agency proposition for analytics and effectiveness and evangelising internally, with clients and the industry
- Managing a team of growth analytics directors, overseeing their professional development and keeping them motivated and effective at meeting set targets
- Leading the analytics/effectiveness response in new business pitches, confident presenting in front of a senior audience and handling challenging questions
- As a member of the agency senior leadership team, act as a role model setting the example for behaviours, and contributing to agency initiatives
- Able to speak confidently at a top level about marketing analysis, data science, MMM and effectiveness theory, with a deeper background in at least one of those areas
