- Lead global demand generation strategy across multiple B2B brands, driving pipeline growth, digital performance and revenue through integrated marketing, automation, paid media, SEO and CRO. This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape international growth strategy while leading high-performing regional teams and partnering closely with sales and marketing leaders to deliver measurable commercial results.
- Develop and execute global demand generation strategies that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Lead integrated acquisition campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, email and digital channels.
- Own digital marketing performance, budget optimisation and ROI across multiple international markets.
- Drive website optimisation and conversion rate improvement through testing, analytics and personalisation.
- Build scalable marketing automation and lead nurture programmes aligned to the B2B buyer journey.
- Partner with sales and marketing leadership to optimise lead management, scoring and pipeline performance.
- Oversee reporting, attribution and performance dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.
- Shape global SEO and organic growth strategies alongside content and digital teams.
- Lead, mentor and develop high-performing international marketing teams while establishing consistent ways of working across regions.

Profile
- 10+ years' experience in demand generation and/or growth marketing.
- Experience leading international B2B marketing teams (Essential).
- Experience working at a Head of + level previously.
- Strong expertise across paid media, marketing automation, CRM, SEO, CRO and performance marketing.
- A data-driven approach with experience managing marketing-attributed pipeline, revenue and ROI.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience working closely with sales leadership.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across global markets.
- Experience leading distributed teams and driving performance across multiple regions.

Job Offer
- Salary: £75k - £80k + Bonus and Benefits.
- Location: London - Hybrid (3 to 4 days a week onsite).
