Growth & Demand Generation Lead
Opportunity to join a global travel organisation in a senior marketing leadership role, driving demand generation strategy and performance across a portfolio of international B2B brands.
Location
London – three days in the office, two from home
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of global demand generation strategies aligned to commercial growth objectives.
- Own full-funnel marketing performance, driving qualified pipeline, revenue contribution and ROI.
- Develop and optimise multi-channel demand generation programmes across paid media, marketing automation, SEO and conversion optimisation.
- Partner with regional marketing and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns that support market-specific growth objectives.
- Enhance lead nurturing, scoring and lifecycle management processes to improve conversion performance.
- Drive continuous optimisation of digital channels, customer journeys and website performance.
- Establish reporting frameworks and attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness and business impact.
- Provide strategic direction and best practice guidance across global markets.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of growth and demand generation specialists across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align marketing activity with wider commercial priorities and revenue goals.

Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing or digital marketing leadership roles.
- Strong track record of delivering pipeline growth and measurable commercial outcomes.
- Deep expertise across paid media, marketing automation, lead nurturing, SEO and digital performance marketing.
- Experience managing marketing-attributed pipeline, ROI reporting and performance analytics.
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead management and sales alignment.
- Proven experience leading high-performing teams across multiple markets or regions.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience operating within complex, global and matrixed organisations.
