Lead Global Demand Generation

Lead global demand generation strategy across multiple B2B brands, driving pipeline growth, digital performance, and revenue through integrated marketing, automation, paid media, SEO, and CRO. This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape international growth strategy while leading high-performing regional teams and partnering closely with sales and marketing leaders to deliver measurable commercial results.

Description

  • Develop and execute global demand generation strategies that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth
  • Lead integrated acquisition campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, email, and digital channels
  • Own digital marketing performance, large budget optimization, and ROI across multiple international markets
  • Drive website optimization and conversion rate improvement through testing, analytics, and personalization
  • Build scalable marketing automation and lead nurture programs aligned to the B2B buyer journey
  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership to optimize lead management, scoring, and pipeline performance
  • Oversee reporting, attribution, and performance dashboards to inform strategic decision-making
  • Shape global SEO and organic growth strategies alongside content and digital teams
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing international marketing teams while establishing consistent ways of working across regions

Profile

  • 10+ years' experience in demand generation, growth marketing, and digital
  • Experience leading international B2B marketing teams (This is essential)
  • Experience working at a Head of + level previously is essential
  • Strong expertise across paid media, marketing automation, CRM, SEO, CRO, and performance marketing
  • Experience managing large paid media and digital budgets
  • A data-driven approach with experience managing marketing-attributed pipeline, revenue, and ROI
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience working closely with sales leadership
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across global markets
  • Experience leading distributed teams and driving performance across multiple regions
