Responsibilities would include:
- Promoting educational programs and opportunities through approved digital marketing channels and compliant advertising strategies.
- Responding promptly and professionally to enquiries from individuals seeking further information.
- Coordinating brief introductory phone or Zoom conversations using a structured engagement process.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with prospective participants and supporting them through the information and decision-making process.
- Participating in regular training sessions, mentoring programs, and personal development activities.
- Leveraging proven marketing systems, online platforms, and user-friendly digital tools to support daily activities.
- Independently managing workflow, communications, scheduling, and follow-up tasks to ensure a high standard of service.
About you:
- Self-motivated, professional, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage confidently with others.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to coaching and ongoing development.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain consistent daily activity and follow-through.
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, video conferencing tools, and online platforms.
- A genuine interest in personal development, leadership, and lifelong learning.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, administration, education, or other people-focused roles is advantageous but not required, as comprehensive training and support are provided.
