Are you a commercially driven marketing leader with a passion for growth, customer acquisition and digital performance?
We're looking for an experienced Interim Growth & Marketing Lead to join a forward-thinking organisation during an exciting period of transformation. This is an opportunity to lead demand generation, optimise digital customer journeys and deliver marketing activity that drives measurable commercial results.
Working closely with Sales, Product and Digital teams, you'll play a key role in increasing pipeline, improving conversion and supporting the launch of new digital propositions.
The Role
You'll lead the delivery of growth marketing initiatives designed to increase qualified leads, improve customer acquisition and maximise marketing performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing integrated demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, content, email and partner channels.
- Driving customer acquisition and marketing-generated pipeline.
- Supporting and optimising ecommerce and digital customer journeys.
- Improving conversion through data, testing and customer insight.
- Delivering product marketing and go-to-market campaigns.
- Creating sales enablement content and marketing assets.
- Managing campaign performance, reporting and marketing analytics.
- Working closely with Sales, Product and Digital teams to achieve commercial objectives.
- Managing agency relationships and providing leadership to the wider marketing function.

About You
You'll have proven experience delivering measurable growth within a B2B environment and enjoy working in fast-paced, commercially focused businesses.
You'll bring:
- Experience in growth marketing, demand generation or customer acquisition.
- A track record of increasing pipeline and commercial performance.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, ecommerce and conversion optimisation.
- Experience developing integrated multi-channel campaigns.
- The ability to work collaboratively with sales and commercial teams.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-led approach.
- Experience managing agencies and leading marketing projects or teams.

Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud or Pardot, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager would be beneficial.
Experience within professional services, publishing, membership, SaaS or subscription-based businesses is advantageous but not essential.
