Growth and Product Analytics Lead

London (Office-based - 5 days per week)
Salary: Up to £180,000 + Excellent Benefits

A high-growth technology business is looking for a Growth Analytics Lead to join, working directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive strategic, data-led decision making.

This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded analytics leader to own the insights behind growth, product and go-to-market strategy. Rather than producing reports or dashboards, you'll identify opportunities, build solutions, influence business decisions and measure their impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Own analytics across product, commercial and growth initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer activation, adoption and retention
  • Deliver insights on pricing, monetisation and expansion opportunities
  • Design and analyse product experiments
  • Build robust analytics using SQL, dbt and modern data platforms
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Partner closely with leadership to shape company strategy

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
