About Hook
Video marketing agencies are dying. Not because video doesn't work—because they're slow and expensive. Hook is building the infrastructure to replace them. We automate the full content process end-to-end: research → filming guidance → video editing. Full automation. End-to-end. Right now, we work as an agency ourselves. We land D2C brands, produce content for them at scale, and use that work to build and prove the platform. Your work isn't just revenue—it's the proof that the model works. Eventually, this becomes the product other agencies use.
Who you’ll work with
Ezzedine Cherif (CEO & Co-Founder)
Ezzedine isn't a MBA telling you about growth. He's a builder who's actually done it.
He co-founded Split, a carpooling app in Tunis, while still at university. Raised $500K pre-seed. Grew it to 70,000 users in 7 months. Built product, community, and growth from zero.
Later, he was the first GTM hire at OneShot.ai—took the company from $0 → $2M ARR in 15 months solo. Designed campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google. Built entire inbound loops.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

As a creator, he's generated 50M+ views on Instagram. Then at CodeWords (backed by $9M seed), he used Hook to produce 800 videos per month. He reverse-engineered virality by analyzing 3,000+ top-performing videos and systematized the playbook for them.
