About Camley
Camley is building the agentic infrastructure for private markets.
Our clients are leading private equity and infrastructure investment firms, and we are at the forefront of transforming a $55T asset class that still runs on spreadsheets and software built in the 1990s. What Harvey did for legal, we are doing for private markets.
We are building the multi-agent architecture that operates funds end-to-end, solving the highest-stakes problems investment firms face with accuracy and speed. Our agents are not just chatbots - they move money and execute workflows autonomously.
We are backed by top VCs, incl. the first investor in Lovable and the team behind Uber’s core algorithm. Camley is built by a team from Stanford, Harvard, IIT Delhi, and Penn, with decades of industry experience at McKinsey, SquarePoint, and Deutsche Bank + building foundation models for an Accel-backed startup.
About the role
You will work directly with the CEO on scaling Camley - building and executing our commercial strategy and sales pipeline.
- Pipeline: Build target lists of private equity, infrastructure, and family office firms. Map who is who inside them - CFO, COO, head of IR. Lead outbound campaigns.
- Sales materials: Build the decks, one-pagers, proposals, case studies, follow-up sequences.
- Sales calls: Join discovery and demo calls and own the follow-ups. Over time run parts of the calls yourself.
- Distribution partnerships: Get creative on which partnerships will help us reach the next 500 funds.
- Conferences: Own the calendar for 2026-2027. Work out who is attending, book meetings before we arrive, run the follow-up after.
- AI agents: Streamline your work by creatively scoping and building agentic GTM workflows, with help from our engineering team on the technical aspects.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You get the autonomy to do some of the best work of your life, and a founding team that values curiosity, apprenticeship, and not taking ourselves too seriously.
We are an early stage team working across London and New York, but open to remote/hybrid for the right candidate.

What we are looking for
- 3-6 years of experience. That could be in a commercial role at a startup, experience at a top firm in management consulting, banking, or big tech, or building your own company.
- Extreme ownership. You love getting sh*t done and owning outcomes end-to-end.
- Creative. You are entrepreneurial and love coming up with creative solutions to solve difficult problems.
- You write well. A large part of this job is writing things that busy, skeptical finance people read and act on.
- Detail-obsessed. Our clients are CFOs and investors - they spot a wrong number in a deck immediately.
- Execution oriented. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the CEO. Some days you will be involved in setting Camley’s strategy and other days you will execute priorities like building outreach lists and chasing email replies.
- Curious about AI and private markets.
What we offer
- Competitive compensation, including equity
- Apprenticeship, feedback, and coaching to help you grow
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Unlimited PTO
