The Role

The agency have enjoyed strong growth – particularly over the last few years. This role is vital in helping to continue that growth trajectory and will be focused on spotting opportunities, managing inbound leads and owning the agencies onboarding process for new clients and projects. It’s an ideal role for any Business Development or Account Management professional who has marketing sector experience and is looking for a more strategic role that goes far beyond just lead generation. Responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and managing full sales cycle from initial identification and pitch, through to contact signing
  • Work closely with creative, strategic and delivery teams to craft compelling pitches and client proposals
  • Support the onboarding process of new clients
