About the Role
Join LTK, the world’s largest creator monetization platform! As a Growth Consultant, you’ll manage a portfolio of influencers, delivering tailored strategy to unlock their full earning potential.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-impact growth strategies to drive creator performance, increase earnings, and empower LTK platform adoption.
- Own and nurture a portfolio of UK-based influencers via relationship-building (1:1 meetings, coaching, and retainer management).
- Leverage social media expertise, conduct trend/performance analysis, and implement data-driven optimizations via long-term planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Influencer, Marketing, and Brand Platform teams to refine strategies—accompanied by external stakeholder interactions.
- Present internal insights and propose business/enhancement opportunities (process improvements, reporting). Travel may be required.
How You’ll Make an Impact
✅ Influercer Coaching: Handle end-to-end growth coaching, from onboarding to predictive guidance. ✅ Performance Growth: Devise and execute short-, medium-, and long-term strategies tailored to creator personas. ✅ Platform & Channel Expertise: Deep expertise in Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and LTK Shop, advising both creators and internal teams. ✅ Strategic Insights: Streamline processes, identify gaps, and enhance influencer/business outcomes via actionable reporting. ✅ Cultural Contribution: Champion high-performance team culture and participate in industry events when applicable.

What You’ll Bring to LTK
- Proven influencer growth experience: 2+ years in marketing, agency, or affiliate management, preferably within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
- Expertise in social media landscapes (UK-specific trends) and a customer/organization-wide creator knowledge.
- Strong data/analytics skills for scalable strategy optimization.
- Proactive, solution-focused attitude, with agility to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Key tools: Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, and collaboration tools (e.g. Google Docs).
- Stellar communication skills—articulate to technical and non-technical audiences.
