Job Description
As an Enterprise Growth Development Representative, you will unlock new revenue streams for Goodstack’s most mature products. You will move beyond standard outbound, identifying new personas and testing hypotheses to shape the company’s GTM strategy. Working alongside strategic AEs, you will leverage advanced AI and automation tools to drive enterprise-level social impact globally.

What You Will Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to enterprise businesses globally, managing over 100 prospects monthly while testing new personas and ICP definitions.
- Build sophisticated automated systems for research, enrichment, and personalization using GTM tools like Clay and n8n to maximize your efficiency.
- Collaborate directly with strategic account executives and senior management to refine product positioning and convert high-intent leads from marketing events.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record of rapid progression in a BDR/SDR role, consulting, or an entrepreneurial venture, ideally within an early-stage environment.
- Deep technical comfort with modern GTM stacks such as HubSpot, Clay, or Cognism, and fluency using LLMs for research and personalization.
- Excellent written communication skills with experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and a natural preference for building systems over manual tasks.
