The Business
This is an opportunity to join an ambitious, award-winning digital growth consultancy at a pivotal stage of its journey.
Already recognised for delivering exceptional results to well-known consumer brands, the business has developed a market-leading proposition within digital growth and is now looking for a commercially driven Business Development Director to build and scale its new business function.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit an established sales machine. Instead, you'll have the autonomy to design, implement and lead the commercial strategy that fuels the next phase of growth.
If you're someone who enjoys creating structure, building high-performing sales functions and winning strategic accounts, we'd love to hear from you.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the founders, you'll take ownership of the entire new business & growth function, from strategy and pipeline creation through to winning and onboarding new clients.
You'll work closely with marketing and operations teams who already support lead generation through CRM, automation, events and content. Your focus will be on transforming these channels into a predictable, scalable revenue engine.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
