Channel Performance Senior Sales Leader
About the Role
This is a key role for Channel Performance as a senior sales leader who generates and converts revenue, accountable for creating, qualifying and winning new business opportunities that drive profitable growth for Channel Performance. You will build senior client relationships, identify commercial opportunities, lead winning proposals and convert a strong pipeline into sustainable revenue and act as a visible Ipsos ambassador, representing our capabilities in the market, developing strategic partnerships and strengthening our position as a leading provider of customer experience and mystery shopping solutions. You will use thought leadership and innovation to raise the profile of Channel Performance and help make us famous.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 3 days in our Milton Keynes/St Albans/London office and the rest from home.
Your Day to Day
These are the types of things you can expect to be doing during your day to day, although as Ipsos is a dynamic organisation, this may vary as different opportunities arise:
- Deliver revenue, margin and pipeline targets.
- Identify and win new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers across target sectors.
- Qualify and prioritise opportunities using a structured sales approach.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
- Develop growth plans for key prospects and accounts.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
- Identify emerging client needs and market opportunities.
- Represent Ipsos at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Use AI and sales tools to improve prospecting and proposal effectiveness.
Success Criteria
- Consistently achieves or exceeds annual revenue targets.
- Maintains a healthy qualified pipeline of future opportunities.
- Delivers growth from both new logos and existing client expansion.
- Develops senior client relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.
- Increases awareness and market profile of Channel Performance services.

Essential Criteria
To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Proven success in winning new business and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong pipeline generation and opportunity management skills.
- Commercially focused, with experience developing profitable client solutions.
- Able to engage and influence senior stakeholders and C-suite clients.
- Experienced in consultative selling, negotiation and contract management.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven approach to sales forecasting and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of market research and customer experience methodologies, including mystery shopping.
