Growth Director - Financial Planning

South Coast £80,000-£100,000 | Open to discussion depending on experience

The role

A rare opportunity to join one of the South Coast's leading St. James's Place Practices at an important stage of its growth.

This is a senior role with genuine influence across the business - focused on growing the adviser team, developing performance and helping shape the next stage of the practice.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead adviser recruitment and support continued team growth
  • Work with Advisers on performance, development and progression
  • Build strategic relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Represent the practice externally with key professional contacts
  • Work closely with the leadership team on the future direction of the business
  • Bring commercial thinking and new ideas to support continued growth

About you

We're looking for an experienced professional who understands the Financial Advice profession and has the credibility to operate at senior level.

You'll need strong commercial awareness, experience of developing Financial Advisers and the confidence to build relationships both internally and externally.

Most importantly, you'll want to play a genuine role in building something, rather than simply managing what's already there.
