We're looking for someone to join Instant Swim to own one of the biggest opportunities in the business - driving sustainable growth across our ecommerce brand.
You'll be responsible for continually improving how our website performs, increasing conversion rate and average order value, launching new collections, analysing commercial performance, managing specialist agencies, and identifying new opportunities to grow the business.
Some of the areas you'll own include:
- Shopify & ecommerce management
- Conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
- Website merchandising
- Product launch coordination
- Commercial reporting & analysis
- Agency management (Meta, email, developers, CRO)
- Customer journey optimisation
- New growth projects and commercial initiatives

This role will work closely with the founder and will play a key part in helping scale Instant Swim over the coming years.
