Role Description
The Growth Enablement and Launch Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for healthcare and life sciences clients. This remote role involves coordinating launch activities, tracking project timelines, and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of engagement and commercialization initiatives. The specialist will analyze performance data, support creation of enablement materials, and provide recommendations to optimize launch readiness and post-launch growth. Daily work includes collaborating with internal stakeholders and client teams, maintaining documentation and status reports, and ensuring that all activities follow regulatory and compliance standards. This is a full-time role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

- Experience in product launch, commercialization, or growth enablement within healthcare, life sciences, or related industries.
- Ability to manage projects and timelines, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and maintain clear documentation.
- Strength in analyzing data, interpreting performance metrics, and generating actionable insights to support launch and growth strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams and with client partners.
- Familiarity with healthcare engagement, HCP and patient journey concepts, and compliance expectations is preferred.
- Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, project management platforms, virtual meeting tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices in all interactions.
