Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Growth, this role is focused on supporting and accelerating the growth of the Belfast office while also playing a more client-facing role in developing opportunities across Northern Ireland and the wider all-island market. The role will act as a key growth contact for internal stakeholders, partners, leads and external contacts, helping to build relationships, progress opportunities and contribute directly to revenue delivery.
The individual will work closely with partners in Belfast and Dublin to explore and leverage Azets’ cross-border and all-island proposition, with a particular focus on lead engagement, relationship development and converting opportunities into measurable growth. They will also align closely with the wider Growth team in Ireland and across the UK to support our international proposition and identify opportunities that can be progressed locally and across the network.
A key part of the role will be building Azets’ presence across the M1 Corridor and developing relationships with stakeholders such as Invest Northern Ireland, InterTrade Ireland, local chambers, the British Irish Chamber of Commerce and other relevant networks. The role will require attendance at networking events and external forums, representing Azets in Northern Ireland, Dublin and other relevant markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Pipeline, Data & Insight
- Maintain and update the Salesforce pipeline, supporting accuracy and strong activity tracking
- Support decision-making, prioritisation and BD planning

Growth Initiatives, Campaigns & Client-Facing Opportunity Development
- Coordinate and deliver webinars, support lead generation campaigns, partner sector/vertical outreach and direct engagement with leads, prospects and external contacts
- Track engagement, leads and follow-up activity, supporting capture in Salesforce
- Support partners in Belfast and Dublin to progress cross-border, all-island and international opportunities, with clear follow-up actions and ownership captured in Salesforce

Partner BD Support & Cross-Border Collaboration
- Prepare pitch decks, proposals, meeting materials and capability statements
- Support partners with coordination of multi-stakeholder inputs
- Work closely with Belfast and Dublin partners to identify, shape and progress all-island and cross-border opportunities
- Maintain a library of credentials, case studies and reusable pitch content
- Organising multiple requests and prioritising based on commercial impact
- Represent Azets at relevant networking events, chambers, stakeholder meetings and external forums across Northern Ireland, Dublin and the M1 Corridor
- Communicating clearly and working with senior stakeholders

Internal Coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for growth-related queries across Ireland, working closely with the wider Growth team in Ireland and across the UK
- Manage expectations, organise priorities and ensure timely delivery of BD support
- Develop and maintain relationships with Invest Northern Ireland, InterTradeIreland, local chambers, the British Irish Chamber of Commerce and other relevant stakeholder networks
Key Skills And Experience
- Good understanding of new business generation strategies
- Experience working in a professional services/financial services background is desirable.
- Ability to make outreach to clients and prospects via phone, email and LinkedIn
- Confidence operating in a client-facing capacity, with the ability to engage leads, prospects, contacts and external stakeholders in a professional and commercially focused way
- The ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with a wide range of stakeholders across the business.
- Good data management skills and an understanding of how to document the progress of sales through the sales pipeline and onboarding process within LeadsGo, Salesforce and Hubspot
- Proficient in Salesforce, LinkedIn, PowerPoint, Excel, webinar software, and data tools
- Ability to manage meetings with local partners and hold partners to account with the Head of Growth
- Strong relationship-building skills and an ability to develop networks across Northern Ireland, Dublin, the M1 Corridor and wider UK/Ireland growth channels
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, being a champion of excellence in client experience, in dealing respectfully with the wide range of clients and internal stakeholders within the business
