Growth Engineer

Salary

Not Disclosed

Company Description

Evervault Limited is a London-based security infrastructure provider that raised a $25M Series B led by Ribbit Capital, with backing from Sequoia and Index Ventures. They are building the clearinghouse for sensitive data, processing over $5B in volume for industry leaders like Ramp, Overwolf, and Modern Treasury.

Job Description

Join Evervault Limited as a Growth Engineer to bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and storytelling. You will join the "fuel room" to build tools, benchmarks, and technical content that explains how customers secure sensitive data. Working closely with the CEO, you'll turn deep product insights into impactful engineering-led growth initiatives.

Location

London, UK

Why this role is remarkable

  • Work directly in the "fuel room" alongside CEO Shane Curran to shape how the world understands complex data security and payment infrastructure.
  • Join a high-growth scale-up processing $5B+ in transaction volume, backed by elite investors including Sequoia, Index Ventures, and Kleiner Perkins.
  • Lead a unique "PostHog-style" strategy where you build actual tools, benchmarks, and technical courses rather than traditional marketing collateral.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Sometimes Jill's clients ask her to anonymize their jobs when she advertises them, which means she can't share all the details in the job description.

We appreciate this can make them look a bit suspect, but there isn't much we can do about it.
