Role Description
The Growth Engineer at Tyred is a full-time, hybrid role based in London. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing growth experiments across channels to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You'll be the technical partner with the growth team who can build, launch, and measure experiments without relying on multiple teams. If you love moving fast, learning from data, and building things that directly move the needle on acquisition, activation, and retention, this role is built for you.

What you'll own
- Ship product and growth experiments at high velocity
- Build landing pages, onboarding flows, referral features, technical CRM set-up, and internal growth tools
- Instrument analytics and run A/B tests end-to-end
- Prototype and launch AI-powered features and automations
- Analyse experiment results and iterate quickly based on data
- Help establish a scalable, repeatable experimentation framework across the business

What we're looking for
- A strong full-stack engineer (nextjs/react and python)
- Product mindset - genuinely obsessed with improving the customer experience
- Loves rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making
- Comfortable with analytics, SQL, and running experiments
- Thrives in an early-stage startup environment with lots of ownership and ambiguity
- Bonus: experience in consumer marketplaces, growth engineering, or AI-powered products
