About Cadence Growth Capital (CGC)
CGC invests in leading tech-enabled businesses across the DACH region. Having backed 7 fast-growing companies to date, we are growing our team to keep pace with our portfolio's needs. We are keen to meet curious, thoughtful people who want to work in a modern, fast-growing investment platform, closely plugged into the DACH tech ecosystem through our investors, employees, advisors, and portfolio company partners.
ROLE:
We are looking for a full-time Investment Associate (m/f/d) to support us on ongoing transactions.
PROFILE:
- A good academic record, ideally in business, finance, economics or a related field
- Around 2-4 years in investment banking, consulting or an investment fund, including financial modelling and the preparation of investment materials
- Fluent in English; German is helpful, but not a requirement
- At home in MS Office, and interested in modern AI tools (e.g. Claude)
- You enjoy an informal, supportive team that moves quickly
- Analytical, diligent, collaborative, committed and dependable, with attention to detail
- Curious about technology and how it is reshaping the way investors work

- Analytical support during the Due Diligence process
- Building financial models
- Preparation of investment papers and presentations
- Sector research
- Process management support
