About Libi & Daughters

Libi & Daughters is a London-based luxury skincare brand built at the intersection of dermatology, science and modern luxury. We’re looking for a Growth Executive to work closely with us across growth, influencers, partnerships and digital acquisition.

What you’ll work on

You’ll support and execute growth initiatives across:

  • Growth & Partnership Outreach: Identify potential partners and opportunities, conduct research, manage cold outreach and maintain consistent follow-ups.
  • Paid Social Campaigns: Assist with targeted audience selection, creative testing and monitoring basic campaign performance.
  • Influencers/Creator Partnerships: Research relevant creators, manage outreach and follow-ups, coordinate collaborations and track results.
  • Growth Experiments: Assist in testing new channels, campaigns and lead marketing ideas to the execution
  • Reporting & Tracking: Maintain structured trackers and pipelines across influencer, partnership and growth initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Execution: Work closely with the wider team to take initiatives from idea to execution.

What we’re looking for

Must-have

  • Bachelor’s degree (3–4 years) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, Economics, or another relevant discipline from a recognised university.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in a startup or fast-moving environment
  • Hands-on understanding of paid social campaigns, Influencer/creator outreach programs
  • Understanding of tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, CRM platforms or Basic editing tools
  • Strong research, communication and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously
