Growth Executive
The Hive Network (Retail Hive & Finance Hive) is the award-winning home to key decision-makers in global retail and finance. As a Growth Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts identifying, prospecting, and converting high-calibre members through direct outreach and relationship building.
What You'll Do:
You'll spearhead audience growth through strategic prospecting, executive-level outreach, and long-term relationship development across the retail and finance sectors - owning your pipeline from first contact through to conversion.
Strategic Prospecting & Pipeline Development:
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with senior professionals and decision-makers through proactive calling and targeted outreach
- Research and qualify high-value prospects against defined ICP and strategic success criteria
- Build and manage a robust, high-quality pipeline in CRM, ensuring data integrity and forecasting accuracy
- Lead discovery conversations that diagnose business challenges and uncover strategic fit

Executive Outreach & Relationship Development:
- Design and execute high-impact outreach campaigns targeting senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Craft and tailor compelling, sector- and role-specific value propositions
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers through consultative, professional persistence
- Navigate complex organisational structures to identify and engage the right stakeholders at the right level
Conversion & Deal Progression:
- Lead qualification and needs-assessment conversations that surface genuine strategic fit
- Present the membership value proposition with executive-level polish, confidently handling objections
- Partner closely with Community Managers to hand off and support high-value closing conversations
Pipeline Management & Commercial Reporting:
- Own accurate forecasting, campaign reporting, and activity tracking
- Analyse conversion rates, call metrics, and KPIs to continuously refine outreach strategy
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, capturing detailed prospect intelligence and interaction history
