Growth Insights Lead | Greater Reading | Hybrid (3 days/week in office)

Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced Growth Insights Lead to take ownership of end-to-end performance reporting, MI, dashboards and commercial insight across Sales and Marketing.

This is a senior role for someone who can go beyond producing reports — using data to challenge thinking, identify opportunities, improve prioritisation and directly influence growth decisions across both core and new propositions.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll own the Customer Office MI and reporting suite, providing a clear and consistent view of performance across:

  • Campaign performance and channel ROI
  • Lead flow, funnel health and conversion
  • Pipeline contribution and attribution
  • Performance by proposition, segment and product
  • Customer lifecycle metrics, including VOC, CSAT and NPS
  • Sales and Marketing performance against agreed OKRs

You’ll develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools, providing weekly, monthly and quarterly insight for Customer Office leadership, Sales & Marketing leadership, SLT and Board-level audiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

A key part of the role will be turning complex data into a clear commercial narrative — what is happening, why it matters, what it means for the business and what should happen next.

You’ll also provide rapid-turn analysis to support business decisions, identify trends and opportunities, monitor data quality and drive improvements in CRM completeness, tracking and reporting discipline.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a senior MI, commercial insight, performance reporting or marketing analytics professional with strong experience operating in a commercial environment.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong experience owning commercial MI and performance reporting, ideally within a B2B environment
  • Excellent dashboarding and data visualisation capability
  • Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing funnels, lead-to-pipeline conversion and performance marketing
  • Experience with CRM and MarTech data and reporting structures
  • Strong knowledge of marketing performance metrics, attribution and web analytics, including GA4
  • Advanced capability across tools such as Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft 365, with experience of platforms such as HubSpot and Monday.com
  • The ability to translate data into meaningful insight, recommendations and commercial actions
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance
  • Strong understanding of data quality, governance and metric definition
  • A track record of improving visibility, reporting cadence and decision-making through MI and insight

The difference you’ll make

This is an opportunity to establish a single source of truth for commercial performance, bringing greater clarity and consistency to how Sales and Marketing performance is measured.

You’ll work closely with the central Data & Analytics function, as well as MarTech and Digital Performance teams, ensuring measurement is embedded into campaigns and customer journeys from the outset.

If you’re someone who combines strong analytical and reporting expertise with commercial curiosity, senior stakeholder influence and a genuine focus on growth, we’d love to hear from you.
