A leading global technology-focused investment platform is seeking an exceptional Investment Analyst II to join its dedicated Growth / Private Equity team.
The team invests in category-defining software businesses across Europe and North America, partnering with management teams through minority investments at the later-growth stage. Typical investments include Series D, Series E and pre-IPO rounds, backing highly scalable software, data, AI and digital infrastructure businesses.
This is a unique opportunity to join a highly regarded technology investing franchise with a strong track record of partnering with some of the world's most innovative software companies.
The Role
As part of a lean and entrepreneurial investment team, you will work across the full investment lifecycle as an Investment Analyst 2, including:
- Sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities
- Conducting commercial, financial and market diligence
- Building and reviewing financial models and valuation analyses
- Assessing growth drivers, unit economics and SaaS metrics
- Supporting transaction execution and portfolio management
- Presenting investment recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Engaging directly with founders, management teams and co-investors

Candidate Profile
We are interested in ambitious investors with a genuine passion for technology and software businesses.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 6 - 18 months of experience
- Experience investing in technology companies
- Exposure to minority investments, growth equity, crossover or private equity transactions
- Understanding of software business models and SaaS metrics
- Excellent financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills
- A track record of participating in investment processes
- Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities
- A bachelor's degree from a leading university; advanced qualifications are advantageous
