Growth Lead
We're helping one of our clients hire a Growth Lead in Bath. You'll own growth end to end at a fast-growing, mission-led consumer brand selling sustainable home products direct to consumer - every main paid channel, strategy through to execution, with a path to Head of Growth.

£50,000 - £60,000, plus share options

The role
You'll run performance marketing across Meta, Google, Amazon, affiliate networks and more, from strategy through to execution, and own the test and learn roadmap across both acquisition and retention. The brief is strong month-on-month growth while holding CAC low and stable and payback within the brand's established parameters.

What you'll do
- Run paid acquisition across Meta, Google, Amazon and affiliate networks
- Set the strategy and execute it yourself
- Own the test and learn roadmap across acquisition and retention
- Hold CAC low and stable and payback within the brand's parameters
Who we're looking for
- An expert in performance marketing across the main paid digital channels
- Extensive in-house experience at high-growth D2C consumer brands, ideally 3-5 years minimum
- Someone ready to step up and grow into a Head of role
