Referment is working with a growing technology company that provides software to organisations across the charity, social-impact and public sectors.
They're looking for a Growth Lead to take ownership of inbound growth and help significantly increase the number and quality of prospective customers discovering the business.
This is a highly hands-on role. You'll be responsible for identifying ways to reach niche audiences, experimenting with new channels and campaigns, measuring what works and turning attention into qualified sales opportunities.
The Role
You'll Be Responsible For
- Owning inbound lead generation from initial idea through to qualified opportunities
- Developing and running campaigns to reach specific target audiences.
- Launching new products and propositions to market
- Supporting expansion into new international markets.
- Working closely with content and sales to turn marketing activity into pipeline.
- Experimenting with channels, messaging and new approaches to customer acquisition.
- Tracking growth metrics and understanding which activities are generating results.
- Building repeatable marketing processes, systems and workflows.
- Finding new ways to distribute and repurpose existing content.
- Using AI extensively across research, content, automation and growth experimentation.
- Building lightweight tools and workflows to increase the team's output.

What We're Looking For
You'll Ideally Have
- Experience in B2B growth, demand generation or digital marketing.
- Evidence that you've personally created and launched campaigns that generated measurable results.
- Experience generating inbound leads or pipeline rather than focusing solely on brand or content.
- A strong understanding of digital acquisition and paid channels.
- A highly experimental approach to marketing and customer acquisition.
- Confidence working with data and owning growth metrics.
- Experience creating marketing processes and systems.
- A willingness to execute yourself rather than relying on agencies or a large marketing team.
- Strong interest in using AI and automation to work faster and experiment with new approaches.

Exposure to charities, foundations, social impact, government or other mission-driven organisations would be useful but isn't essential.
This could suit a Growth Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, Growth Marketer, Growth Manager, Digital Marketing Manager or Senior Growth Executive looking for greater ownership.
