Why this role, now
We've had a really good first year's worth of results, and this role is what fuels the next phase. It's our Growth Lead, and it takes us on the next step in our journey.
In over 30 combined years in this space, no one has ever told us they love their intranet, so we decided to build the next gen one ourselves. We know our buyers inside and out, and we're looking for someone who knows their sales process inside and out.
What you'd own
An all-round new business role. We're lucky that with our experience we've got a very good network, so there aren't many people we talk to who are completely cold.
We need an all-rounder to help us grow as we build out the wider sales team. We're not a business with normal verticals and spaces, and we don't do that. If you come in, find something yourself and create a conversation or an opportunity we hadn't already, it's yours, and you get all the support you need with it.

Who we're after

This role needs someone agile, because things will change here. We're a young, disrupting business, and we'll help you throughout all of it, but you'll also help us decide what the future of this role turns into.

Where you'll work
London would be great, because that's where most of us are based and we use a few of the Soho Works offices. But if you're not in London that's not a problem, because we're all about the people rather than the postcode.
