About Climate X
Climate X is a leading climate risk intelligence company helping financial institutions, asset managers, insurers, real estate organisations and global enterprises understand the financial impacts of climate change and ingrain resilience into their operations.
As we continue to grow, we're searching for an exceptional Growth Marketer to help scale our demand generation engine and contribute directly to revenue growth.
The Role
Growth at Climate X is about much more than generating leads.
You'll own the marketing engine that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline across our global business. From launching integrated campaigns and scaling paid acquisition, to improving conversion rates and building insightful reporting, you'll help shape how we reach and grow our audience.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll think strategically, execute at pace and continually look for smarter ways of working. You might be analysing campaign performance in HubSpot and Looker Studio, collaborating with Product Marketing on a product launch, coordinating webinars with internal teams and partners, optimising LinkedIn campaigns, or building AI-powered workflows that automate everything from submission to nurture.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
