Growth Lead (B2C) | London | In-person | Full-time | £40,000–£55,000
Build a new way of exploring the world through sport.theklub. brings people together through sport, movement and real-life connection. Our platform combines trips hosted by athletes, coaches and community leaders, curated stays for sport and wellness, and bespoke experiences for clubs, communities and companies. We are building the technology to make these experiences possible globally. We are still a small team, which means every person has real ownership and a direct influence on what we build.
The Role
We are looking for an exceptional growth generalist, with strong content skills, who will play a pivotal role in scaling theklub. You will work directly with our co-founder, and together be responsible for building our entire demand engine, from enabling hosts to market their trips effectively to growing our community of returning klub customers.
You’ll run a range of growth experiments (from campaigns, to community events) to quickly measure what is working and then turn the successful experiments into growth engines, creating the content needed - and where possible embedding agentic AI workflows.
This is a broad growth marketing role and will require a lot of proactivity, continual prioritisation and good taste in content - you’ll be expected to lead on the design of a lot of the content needed to build our growth engine. You will be trusted with real responsibility early, and you will be expected to bring judgement and ideas rather than wait for a brief.
What You Will Own
- Enable our hosts to market trips effectively and support campaigns & outreach
- Build best practices that our hosts can leverage to market their campaigns across their social media platforms
- Own the delivery of the campaign calendar across organic social, email, events (and selectively paid).
- Drive the content creation needed as part of the campaigns, being resourceful with how we do this, e.g. using what happens on our trips and what our hosts already make.
- Where needed drive direct outreach to our community & host’s community to promote trips

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
