Growth Manager / Lead – German Market
Location: London - Hybrid
Salary: £75,000 to £85,000
Language Requirement: Native-level German required
I’m working with a fast-growing DTC ecommerce brand preparing for its first major international expansion, and we’re looking for a Growth Manager / Lead to build the German growth engine from the ground up.
This is a rare opportunity to join before launch and take real ownership of how an established UK brand enters Germany. You’ll own growth end-to-end, spanning acquisition, retention, CRM, creative performance, localisation, and commercial performance.

What you’ll be doing:
- Own customer acquisition and early retention for Germany
- Launch and scale Meta and Google
- Build CRM and lifecycle journeys from scratch
- Develop and localise creative for German consumers
- Own CAC, payback, LTV, testing, and reporting
- Build growth initiatives including abandoned cart and referral
- Become the internal expert on the German customer
- Help shape and build the German growth team

Requirements:
- Native-level German
- Strong understanding of German consumer behaviour
- Solid DTC, ecommerce, and/or subscription experience
- Hands-on Meta acquisition experience
- A commercial, analytical, and data-driven approach
- Experience working with CAC, payback, and LTV
