Growth Lead - Join One of the UK's Fastest Growing Scale-ups

About Zima Dental

Launched in 2020, Zima is a market-leading Health Tech scale-up and one of the fastest growing companies in the UK. We are disrupting a stagnant multi-billion pound global industry by merging cutting edge product innovation with world class performance marketing. Our hero product, the Dental Pod, has redefined oral appliance care for over a million customers across 40+ countries.

We're a dynamic and ambitious team of around 20-30 in London, small enough that your work shows up in the numbers every week, while growing quickly enough to create new opportunities for real ownership and progression. We're looking for a passionate individual ready to fast-track their career as a Growth Lead, managing paid marketing processes, strategy and results.

About the Role

Paid social is our primary growth engine, with eight figures of spend behind it, and we're scaling quickly across more products, markets and languages. As we grow, we need a stronger system connecting media performance with the creative we produce.

You'll own that system: turning performance insight into better creative output, creating tighter feedback loops between media buying and content, and scaling the processes that consistently produce winning creative across Meta, YouTube and TikTok. You'll be accountable for the results, and because paid social drives most of our growth, your work will show up directly in the company's numbers.

You'll lead across performance marketing and content, with visibility into both and the scope to shape how the function operates as it scales.

What You'll Do

Ad Strategy & Results

  • Own every stage of the processes that drive paid media performance, from ideation through to scaling winners.
  • Provide actionable strategy for the content team, guiding on strategies and new opportunities to improve quality and quantity of output.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Paid Marketing Performance

  • Analyse campaign ad performance data to identify what's working, diagnose what isn't, and recommend clear next steps.
  • Act as the intersection between ad performance and creative strategy, making sure insight flows both ways.

Cross-Channel & Multi-Market Scaling

  • Take responsibility for how content gets organised, adapted and produced across different channels, markets and languages.
  • Own the creative strategies and processes for launching new products, offers and campaigns.

External Content Management

  • Help coordinate content strategies with creators and dental experts to maximise external creative opportunities.
  • Manage our partnered creative agencies' output, cross-sharing learnings and nurturing their creative strategies to drive overall results.

On-Site Optimisation

  • Bridge the gap between paid media performance and on-site experience, making sure what we learn from ad performance informs website strategy.
  • Drive incremental returns from diversifying our funnel using creative, offers and landing pages.

What We're Looking For

    • Excited by working in a dynamic, high-performance team.
    • Clear, direct communicator.

  • Some experience with paid marketing, particularly Meta Ads, ideally including hands-on media buying, creative testing, and analysis.
