Job Description
Your new role
We're hiring a commercially driven Growth Marketing Lead to own how we acquire and grow our audience across paid media, SEO and CRO.
This is a role that demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll set the direction for how we grow, make smart decisions about where to invest, and roll up your sleeves to build and optimise the campaigns that get us there. You'll take full ownership of our performance marketing, using testing and insight to find opportunities across the full funnel - and bring the commercial thinking that connects channel activity to real business outcomes.
This role is suited to a highly analytical marketer with exceptional capability to drive performance across multiple marketing channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing customer acquisition strategies that deliver against our commercial goals.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this is a genuine opportunity to build something significant in a function where your work will have direct and visible impact.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Marketing Strategy (25%)
Develop and own our growth marketing strategy across paid media, SEO and CRO, with a clear focus on driving customer acquisition and delivering against our commercial targets. You will set the direction for how our channels work together, where we invest, and how we continuously improve performance across the full funnel.
Performance Media Management (20%)
Build and own a high-performing paid media programme across search, social and display. You will manage and optimise budgets according to channel performance, make real-time decisions on our strategy, and ensure every pound of spend is working as hard as it should.
SEO (10%)
Own our organic search performance - from technical SEO health to ranking and traffic growth. You will stay close to what is and is not working, make smart decisions about where to focus, and work closely with our Content Marketing Manager to ensure organic search is pulling its weight in our overall acquisition mix.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

CRO (15%)
Lead our CRO programme across key landing pages and conversion points. You will define A/B testing priorities based on data, work closely with our martech & product teams on execution, and feed findings back into paid and content strategy to improve performance across the funnel.
Analysis and Reporting (10%)
Analyse and present performance insight to teams across the business to support data-driven decision making. You will produce a clear weekly narrative for leadership - what is working, what is not, and what we’re doing about it.
Budget Management (10%)
Manage our growth marketing budget with a clear focus on ROI - allocating spend according to performance, identifying where to test and scale, and reporting to the Head of Marketing with a commercial mindset.
Innovation (5%)
Stay close to the latest developments in growth marketing - new channels, emerging tools, and shifts in platform behaviour. You will bring fresh thinking to how we acquire and convert our audience, identifying opportunities to test new approaches and stay ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Need
Paid Media Expertise: 5+ years in performance marketing with paid media as your primary discipline — hands-on experience across Google, Meta and LinkedIn is essential, with experience managing large budgets
Commercial Acumen: Your instinct when looking at data is what it means for our targets, not how the channel numbers look in isolation
SEO and CRO: Solid working knowledge of SEO strategy and a track record of running CRO programmes that have moved the needle
Analytical Rigour: Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools - including platforms such as Amplitude. You can interpret data without overweighting low-quality signals, ask sharp questions, and translate insight into strategic action

Collaboration: Strong relationship-building skills across content, design, product and cross-functional partners — you work well with others and bring people with you
Growth Mindset: Experimental, open to feedback, and always looking to learn
Low Ego, High Impact: You are someone who gets stuck in, works collaboratively, and cares more about getting the right result than getting the credit. You bring a positive, can-do attitude to every challenge — however big or small
Building Trust: Creating and maintaining an inclusive environment where diverse views and experiences are welcomed and celebrated in your team
