📈 Who We Are:

We are rebuilding the energy transaction, making it transparent and fair. Our goal is to put power back where it belongs, in the hands of customers and to take on one of the most critical problems of our century, access to low cost electricity. tem exists to fix a broken global energy market that’s long favoured legacy operators, intermediaries, and opaque pricing. Today’s electricity system was not designed for rapid decarbonisation, AI-driven efficiency or fair access for the actual users - businesses and generators. We’ve built the first AI native transaction infrastructure to reinvent how electricity is bought, sold and priced. Our technology is designed to cut out the inefficient fees, automate complex market flows, and bring transparency and fairness to energy transactions at scale. In late 2025, after extraordinary growth, we closed a $75 million Series B - led by Lightspeed Venture Partners with participation from Albion, Atomico, Allianz, Hitachi Ventures, Hitachi Ventures, Schroders Capital and others - positioning us for global expansion, deeper product innovation and category leadership. We’re scaling internationally and building toward a future where AI-driven infrastructure is foundational to electricity markets worldwide. Since launch, our modern utility product, known as RED, has already facilitated thousands of business customers and billions in energy transaction value, proving that modern software and AI can transform an industry built on legacy systems. At tem, we’re not just building another energy company, we’re rearchitecting market infrastructure so that transparency, efficiency and sustainability become the default, not the exception.

💼 The Role

We're hiring a Growth Lead - Sell Side (Generators). You will lead new growth and marketing of the Sell engine - the side of tem that contracts directly with renewable generators. Your first job is getting new products to market properly - and, in time, new markets. These are complex products built on our proprietary pricing and transaction technology. If you could combine a sharp product marketer, a growth operator and a first-principles generalist into one person, that is the brief.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You will:

  • Own product marketing and go-to-market for Sell's launches.
  • Build sell-side demand and own marketing-sourced pipeline, measured in GWh.
  • Lead and grow the Sell marketing function - our activation and content marketer reports into you.

You will report into the CGO.

🛠️ Responsibilities

Product marketing & launches

  • Own positioning, packaging and go-to-market for complex products for a sophisticated generator audience. Translate technically deep products into propositions generators instantly get.
  • Build the launch machine: narrative, sales enablement, tender materials, explainer content, pricing and FAQ clarity - so originators walk into every conversation armed.
  • Run each launch as a measurable campaign with targets, attribution and weekly readouts - a motion, not a moment.

Growth & demand

  • Build the sell-side demand engine: campaigns, events, webinars, landing pages and lifecycle - the Buy playbook translated for generators, asset managers and the ecosystem around them.
  • Own marketing-sourced pipeline in GWh: create it, attribute it, and report it against the engine's quarterly target.
  • Scale what already works, including the one-case-study-a-week activation motion and our sector focuses.
  • Run experiments and build a system for experimentation.

Team & function building

  • Player-coach marketers: coach, prioritise, and protect the first-principles generalist way of working that is winning across tem.
  • Design agent workflows to scale the function's throughput - content production, attribution, reporting - AI-native from day one.
  • Work hand in glove with origination: sales is marketing's biggest stakeholder here too.

✅ Requirements

Must haves

  • Proven product marketing experience - you have taken something genuinely technical (energy, fintech, infrastructure, B2B platforms) to market and made it land.
  • Go to market and growth chops: you have built and measured demand engines, not just brand moments, and you are comfortable owning a pipeline number.
  • First-principles generalist: you can write the narrative, build the landing page, brief the event and pull the data yourself.
  • Comfortable leading a small team while staying hands-on - this is a player-coach role, not a manager or coordinator role.
  • AI-native ways of working: agents and automation as default leverage, not an afterthought.
