We are on the hunt for a tenacious leader of all things tech - someone who gets their kicks from taking Aon’s world-class people-led digital platforms to our clients.
As Growth Leader: Employee Technology
- You’ll be tech-focused and business-minded, a strategic thinker with a proven track record for lead and revenue generation.
- While you’ll have one eye on the numbers, you’ll have another on our clients, helping to deliver our market-leading innovations with real impact across millions of lives.
- This is a sales leadership role, leading by the front and ensuring sales targets and metrics are met.
What’s more, it’s a hybrid role, giving you the flexibility to work at home and in our offices – it all depends on what you’re up to and which of our 500+ clients and teams you’ll be working with.

What the day will look like

- Leading strategic growth – working across our united firm, you’ll design and lead an industry-focused growth strategy to bring the power of our digital solutions to market.
- Fulfilling enterprise needs - you’ll forge lasting client relationships at some of the world’s largest businesses, becoming a trusted advisor for their HR technology in ways that transform their employee value prop.
- Pitching our proposition – you'll be our digital storyteller, giving our clients a compelling strategic vision of the future as a partner of Aon.
