Growth Manager (Organic channels)
Stasher · Fully remote (open to non-UK) · Full-time
About Stasher
Stasher is the world's first and highest rated luggage storage marketplace, letting travellers drop their bags at thousands of hotels, shops and businesses in cities around the globe. We're a small, fast-moving team building a category that didn't exist before us.
The role
We're hiring a Growth Manager to take full ownership of how people discover Stasher beyond Ads and Partnerships. This is a senior, strategic role: you'll set the direction for these channels and be accountable for the growth they deliver, not just execute against someone else's plan.
You'll be part of the growth team (reporting to Head of Growth) and mainly work with other channel experts as well as product, design and engineering.
The biggest growth opportunities sit across channels and require a multidisciplinary team to pull them off. We are looking for someone who has the capacity to be much more than a channel expert; identifying opportunities, validating ideas and building solutions that can scale with us. To complement the existing team we’re particularly interested in candidates who would bring expertise in SEO, AI and/or GMaps.
Due to the nature of our service and our global scale we are looking for someone who is confident working with AI to build tools and systems that enable them to optimise across an estate of thousands of locations<>language combinations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Below is an idea of the sort of work you’d might do in this role but it’s by no means an exhaustive list and as a team we tend to focus on large opportunities to grow rather than running a marketing playbook of lower leverage BAU activities week in week out.

What we're looking for
- Proven track record owning a growth opportunity end-to-end
- Comfortable exploring loosely defined problems which sit outside your areas of expertise

- Excellent written English and comfortable working in a remote, global team
Why Stasher
